Clean room, friendly staff, with excellent Wi-Fi that made my stay comfortable and allowed easy planning for nearby attractions, with Paddington Station just a 3-minute walk away.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the clean room was comfy. great location near paddington, so easy to get around. enjoyed a nice breakfast with fresh options. the wifi was fast too, which was a plus! overall, really good vibe in the hotel.

the stairs were kinda narrow and tough for anyone who has trouble walking. also, the shower pressure could've been better.

i stayed in a single room for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's charm. it was cozy, clean, and in a cool neighborhood, just a short walk to paddington station. having previously experienced other places in london, this exceeded my expectations for comfort at a great price.

Had a delightful one-night stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially a lovely lady in the dining area who made breakfast a joy. Make sure to enjoy a full English before heading out!

Mimos Cafe Bar around the corner is a must for a cheeky brunch, with some of the best pastries I've tasted! Plus, it’s just a hop to Sussex Arms for a proper pub vibe and hearty meals to fuel my London jaunt. The place is on a budget, so that’s a win!

The hotel felt like it needed a fresh coat of paint and some love. the old furniture made it seem a tad shabby. Plus, the walls were oh-so-thin—could hear chatter till late. Don’t expect fancy here, but if you're only crashin' for a night or two, it’s all good!

The breakfast was a great surprise, with plenty of options that really filled us up. The clean and cozy room made staying with kids much more comfortable, and the helpful staff went above and beyond. I'd definitely return!

stayed at barry house for 3 nights, and it was great! the location was perfect, just a short walk to hyde park. the room was spacious for ground floor, which really helped with our luggage. The service was outstanding. they even offered us tea and cake on our arrival!
